Ingredients:
2 large
eggs
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups fresh corn kernels (about 12 ears)
Stir together eggs, milk, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Stir in corn. Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake at
350 degress F for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Yield : 4 servings
